Terme di Saturnia - The thermal spring of Saturnia rises on the ancient site elected as a thermal holiday resort since the Etruscan-Roman era. The Terme di Saturnia consist of a single thermal spring which flows at a constant temperature of 37.5 degrees and located within a thermal structure that includes: Thermal Park, Terme di Saturnia SPA & Golf Resort and Golf Club. The spring, in addition to supplying the thermal park, also supplies the Cascate del Mulino with a lower water temperature. The thermal spring water is mineral because during the underground path it mineralizes by absorbing carbon dioxide and discharging it onto the marls and travertines which, at a depth of 200 m, dissolve due to the effect of CO2, releasing sulfur, calcium, sulphates and magnesium; it also absorbs vitamins and gases before rising to the surface at a constant temperature of 37.5 °.
